01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "betphil," "we," "us," or "our" refers to betphil and its operators, holding entities, and authorized representatives operating the betphil platform at betphil.vip.
• "Platform" refers to the betphil website at betphil.vip, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software or tools provided by betphil to facilitate gaming and betting activities.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the betphil Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered betphil user account created by a Player upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's betphil Account, including deposited funds and validated winnings, net of wagers and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or wagering credits allocated to a Player's Account pursuant to a betphil promotion and subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which betphil verifies the identity and age of a Player using government-issued documentation.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betphil Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the betphil Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the betphil Platform and not attempt to access or register an Account.

betphil reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on betphil, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted at the time of play.
• You must not already hold an existing betphil Account.
• You must not be a PAGCOR-excluded player or subject to any self-exclusion order.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable personal information during registration.
• You must not be an employee of betphil or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one betphil Account. betphil reserves the right to verify this at any time using technical and procedural methods. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, betphil may void all associated wagers, confiscate balances, and permanently suspend all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information associated with your betphil Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary suspension of account access pending verification. Notify betphil at [email protected] of any changes to your registered details promptly.

04Age Verification

betphil conducts mandatory KYC verification for all registered Accounts. You will be required to provide a government-issued photographic identification document — such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID — to verify your identity and confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

Until KYC verification is successfully completed, betphil may impose restrictions on your Account, including limits on deposits, wagering, and withdrawals. betphil reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All wagers placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned through the original payment method after deduction of any transaction costs incurred by betphil.

05Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betphil Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your betphil Account and update it periodically.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• You must notify betphil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• betphil will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
• betphil may temporarily lock your Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

All communications from betphil will originate from official betphil.vip domain addresses. betphil will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

06Deposits

betphil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin (BTC) as listed on the Platform. Available payment methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP (or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency).
• betphil does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the PHP equivalent exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
• betphil reserves the right to reject any deposit it deems suspicious or non-compliant with these Terms.

6.2 Deposit Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your betphil Account balance instantly upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited on the same business day for submissions made before 2:00 PM Philippine time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receiving the required number of network confirmations.

07Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money Account balances. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• betphil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where identity verification is pending.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP (or equivalent). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction and daily basis depending on your account tier.
• betphil does not charge withdrawal fees on standard GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer withdrawals for verified accounts. Network gas fees may apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals from verified betphil Accounts via GCash are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed same-day for requests approved before 2:00 PM Philippine time, and next business day for requests approved thereafter. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are dispatched on the next available processing window following approval, subject to network confirmation times.

7.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, betphil conducts transaction monitoring on all deposits and withdrawals. betphil reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal that triggers an AML review. betphil is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

08Bonuses & Promotions

betphil offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published with the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are only available to Players who are 21 years of age or older and have passed KYC verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• betphil reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• betphil may cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines that the Player obtained the bonus through misrepresentation or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are play-through credits only and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

09Betting Rules

All wagers placed on betphil are subject to the applicable game rules and betphil's general betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. betphil does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in circumstances where betphil determines a palpable error has occurred.
• betphil reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of the wager.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. betphil may impose individual betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, betphil will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game rules. If no fair resolution can be determined, betphil may void the relevant round and return stakes.
• Game results generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and binding. betphil does not manipulate game outcomes.

betphil uses certified game content from licensed studio providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, Jili, Ezugi, and Asia Gaming. All games are independently certified for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published within the respective game information panels.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betphil Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the betphil Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or fraudulent transaction reversals.
• Abusing betphil's bonus and promotion system through artificially coordinated wagering patterns.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betphil staff, other Players, or live dealer personnel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Players without authorization.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the betphil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of betphil or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

betphil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Use the betphil name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betphil's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your betphil Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

betphil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause.

betphil does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. betphil reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the Platform that may result in temporary unavailability. betphil shall not be liable for losses arising from such downtime.

13Responsible Gaming

betphil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their activity on the Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered betphil Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum permissible loss within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of time spent and balance changes during an active session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from real-money access on betphil.

Once a self-exclusion is in effect, betphil will use reasonable technical means to enforce it, including suppression of marketing communications. betphil cannot guarantee that alternate access methods will be blocked in all circumstances and recommends Players also contact PAGCOR or relevant support organizations for additional assistance.

14Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your betphil Account at any time by contacting betphil support. Upon receipt of a closure request, betphil will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method after standard verification procedures are completed. Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you may have to betphil.

14.2 Closure by betphil

betphil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to pass or maintain KYC verification requirements.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months may be subject to dormancy processing).

Where betphil closes an Account for reasons other than Player breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player through the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betphil Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting betphil's support team at [email protected]. betphil will endeavor to respond to and resolve disputes within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes related to betphil's PAGCOR license may also be referred to PAGCOR through its established dispute resolution mechanisms.

16Amendments to These Terms

betphil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betphil will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the betphil Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
